Rice Pilaf
Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
2 cups water
2 tablespoons oil
1 package Simply Organic Lemon Pepper Marinade Mix
1 cup long-grain brown rice
Directions
In a large saucepan, combine water, oil and Lemon Pepper Marinade Mix. Add rice and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook until rice is tender (about 45 minutes for brown rice).
Chef Suggestions
Add in diced vegetables for extra flavor.
Prepare with other grains, such as millet or quinoa.
