Vegetarian Chili Dogs (Kid Friendly)
Vegetarian Chili Dogs (Kid Friendly)

Ingredients
2 cups water
1 1/2 cups soy textured protein
3  diced Roma tomatoes (about 1 cup)
1 package Simply Organic Sloppy Joe Mix
6 ounces tomato paste
1 package vegetarian hot dogs (8 to 9 count)
1 package whole wheat buns
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, heat water in microwave until it begins to boil. Add textured soy protein and set aside. Finely dice Roma tomatoes. Add Sloppy Joe Mix and tomato paste to the soy protein. Stir in tomatoes and heat if needed. Heat hot dogs, place in bun and spoon on seasoned mix.
Chef Suggestions
Not too spicy, this meal is perfect for the whole family. Toast or grill the hot dogs and buns for extra flavor. Add shredded cheese, onions or red chili flakes as garnish.
