1/2 cup sliced green pepper and onion
6 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 package of Simply Organic Fajita Mix
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Preheat skillet on medium. Add peppers and onion and sauté until tender. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk and Simply Organic Fajita Seasoning Mix. Pour over peppers and onions and cook until done. Top with shredded cheese.
