SEAFOOD BISQUE

1 pound chopped seafood (try scallops and crab)
1/2 cup water
2 1/2 cups milk
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 package Simply Organic Southwest Taco Seasoning Mix
1/4 cup diced celery stalk

In a medium skillet, lightly sauté seafood for 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside. In a blender, add water, milk, butter, tomato paste, lemon juice and Simply Organic Southwest Taco Seasoning Mix, liquefy. Add seafood and celery, puree. Transfer to a medium saucepan and heat on medium-low heat until simmer.

Makes approximately 5 servings.
