HAM WITH BAKED PEARS
1 pound precooked, sliced ham (3/4 to 1 inch thick)
2 ripe, medium pears, peeled and finely diced
1 package Simply Organic Sweet Basil Pesto Mix
1/4 cup water
Preheat oven to 400° F. In a 3-quart casserole dish, lay out ham slices. In a medium mixing bowl, toss pears, Basil Pesto Mix and water. Spread over ham and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until pears are tender.
