FRESH BEAN STIR-FRY

3 tablespoons oil
2 cups greens beans or snow peas
1 cup water
1 package Lemon Pepper Marinade Mix
1 cup bean sprouts of choice
Soy sauce

Heat oil on medium in a large skillet or wok. Toss green beans or peas in skillet and cook 3 to 5 minutes. In a small bowl, combine water and Lemon Pepper Marinade Mix. Add bean sprouts and marinade to skillet. Stir fry, adding soy sauce to taste.
