4 tablespoons softened butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 packet Steak Marinade Mix
1 to 1 1/2 pounds salmon steak (minimum of 1-inch thick)
Preheat broiler to high or warm up grill. In a small bowl blend butter, lemon juice and Steak Marinade. Lay salmon on broiler pan or grill, skin side down. Spread a thin layer of butter mixture on steaks. Broil 8 to 10 minutes or grill until salmon is just flaky.
