Dough:
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cold butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 to 4 tablespoons cold water
Topping:
1/4 cup oil
1 cup sliced onions
1 cup sliced sweet peppers
1 cup sliced artichoke hearts
1 packet Steak Marinade Mix
In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Cut in butter. Add olive oil. Knead dough, adding only enough water to just moisten. Form into a disk shape and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
To make the topping:
In a skillet, heat oil. Add onions and sauté for 5 minutes. Add peppers, artichoke hearts and Steak Marinade Mix. Sauté until all the vegetables are tender. Cool.
When dough is ready, preheat oven to 425°F. Pinch off 2-inch balls and form into small pizza shapes, approximately 2 to 3 inches in diameter. Place on greased cookie sheet. Top each round with vegetable mixture. Bake for 20 minutes.
