Turkey Casserole
1 cup egg noodles, cooked and drained
3/4 pound cooked and diced turkey
1 cup fresh or thawed frozen peas (canned will work too)
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
1 package
Simply Organic Roasted Turkey Gravy Mix 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375°. In a 2- or 3-quart casserole dish, spread out egg noodles, then layer the turkey and peas. In a medium mixing bowl, combine water, sour cream and Simply Organic Roasted Turkey Gravy Mix. Pour over turkey mix and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Cover and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Let set 5 minutes and serve.
Use leftover turkey to make this dish.
