STUFFED BEEF TENDERLOIN

1 package Caesar Dressing Mix
4 to 5 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
2 pounds tenderized beef tenderloins

Blend blue cheese and Caesar Dressing Mix in medium bowl. Lay out tenderloins and spoon mix into center of meat. Fold over and secure with toothpick if needed. Broil or grill until meat is done. Top tenderloins with any remaining cheese mix.
